Gyms can be busy, noisy, chaotic and sometimes daunting places for a lot of women. Or maybe you don’t like the prospect of other people’s sweat (I’m with you there)! Training in the comfort of your own home saves time (no travel time), money (no monthly gym fees) and you control your music, atmosphere and environment. For these reasons I love to train clients online and personally do all my workouts at home or running outdoors. With online sessions I am able to offer you 100% of my attention where as gyms have distractions, members to navigate around, equipment to share etc.

Discussing your goals, current fitness levels, conditions or injuries, is the first and most important stage. This can be done best via email as I find writing things down and answering specific questions ensures I understand each of my clients and what they want to achieve. We then discuss how many sessions you will have a week and book in a time that fits in suitably for your schedule and commitments. Once all agreed we begin your fitness journey together!

Each session is an hour long. This is broken down into a 5-10 minute warm up, preparing body and mind for your session. 45 minutes are used for your main exercise component, each session varied and different from the previous. This ensures effectiveness, enjoyment and progression. Each session is finished with 5-minute cool down and stretch.

I create sessions to be tailored to your fitness level, goal and equipment available. I have an extensive knowledge of sport-based exercise, gym exercise, Pilates and Yoga movements. This enables me to design sessions to improve fitness, increase strength (most importantly core strength), flexibility and motor skills.
