Exercise Only
My prices are £45 per session.
The month is paid for upfront at the beginning of each month (direct debit). The number of sessions a week is determined by yourself and your goal.
There is no long term contract, we work 1 month at a time. Once payment and sessions are agreed (ie one a week), this is your only commitment to me.
As an additional extra, I email all sessions completed so you have a wide selection of workouts to progress through between our sessions together.
In addition to this I send private links of recorded workouts (approx. 30 minutes) that I have designed to be effective and easy to follow.
The sessions are exercise based; however, I am happy to consult on nutrition during this time as needed. Creating a healthy lifestyle is something I am passionate to help you to create. We can spend as much time needed during your session to go over anything you feel is in need of evaluating. Coming up with simple tricks or measures to ensure you are on track is something I enjoy. Joint sessions are also available.

In some cases, a more detailed look into nutrition is needed. Media bombards us with too much biased information. Here we simply get down to the facts.
I offer a simple nutritional package which ensures life-long health benefits. I call it a Nutritional Makeover.
This is in addition, outside of our exercise session time.
By looking in depth at your food tastes and choices, we, step by step replace, remove or swap for healthier alternatives so you can enjoy food and create healthy eating patterns. I educate you on the ‘whys’ which will empower you to make the right choices for life.
This is the best way to start off your journey. Nutrition is a key component to ensuring you reach your goals in the quickest time possible. It is only required once throughout our time together.
