Weight loss journey

My fitness journey started a few years ago when I wasn't happy with my figure. I wanted to get fit, lose weight and keep it off. The sessions with Anna have challenged me and made me stronger. Anna helped me with nutritional advice, varied session content which made it fun whilst pushing me to my limit. The online sessions are fantastic in my own home and just as challenging as being in the gym. I went from 75kg to 57kg. Thank you Anna for motivating me and helping me reach my goal.

Regular gym user. Goal to increase fitness and keep exercise interesting

I have been going to the gym for years and spending hours there. You wouldn't have known it though. Anna trains me once a week and I have never been stronger and never felt fitter. At my first session I told her I don't like jumping and I hate running and now I'm doing both! She will never give you something she hasn't tried herself and she is always finding ways to challenge you. I look forward to her sessions every week because I know she will push me to my max.

Rehabilitation, body and core strengthening

Anna is an all rounded personal trainer who has helped me rebuild my body strength after a back injury and chronic plantar fasciitis in both feet which limit my movements. With Anna’s guidance I have gradually strengthened my core muscles resulting in the easing of back and foot pain as my body is now stronger and able to support me. Anna’s all rounded training knowledge covers many different areas such as gym training, yoga, dietary advise, stretching, ‘static’ cardio exercises in stead of traditional cardio sessions as I can’t run or jump and general well-being advice allowing for a holistic training.
